Peter Lalor BA (Hons)
Originally from Glasgow, Scotland, Peter became a true lover of the Whistler lifestyle in 2008, when he made Whistler his permanent home. As a teenager, he began his career working for a Property Lawyer in Scotland and while completing a Business Degree at Glasgow University. Working his way through the ranks, he was managing his own Real Estate team by his early twenties.
Since that time, he has been involved in all aspects of the property market including property rentals and redevelopment, appraisals and long term investment strategy. He became a licensed Realtor in British Columbia in 2013 and became Broker licensed in 2017, and offers a great depth of knowledge to his clients, after spending 2 years as Managing Broker with EV Whistler.
Peter’s goal is to bring his depth of experience in negotiation and keen eye for investment opportunity to the Whistler market, and provide first class personal service to his clients, building long term relationships. He has also worked with many ex-pat clients from the UK, helping them realize their Canadian dream, and is well placed to guide them through the differences of the two property worlds.
Outside his Real Estate career, and when not skiing or snowboarding in the winter, Peter is a keen guitarist, an authority on fine Single Malt Scotch Whisky, and when summer comes, naturally, enjoys a round of golf on the many pristine and World Class Whistler fairways!
